Payment for sessions is due 24 hours before our scheduled appointment and is paid via bank transfer. This helps to ensure that our time together is reserved exclusively for you and allows for proper planning and preparation.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.

I am based in Deal which means my practice is accessible from Dover, Walmer, Sandwich, St. Margaret's at Cliffe, Wingham, Canterbury, Ramsgate and the surrounding areas. However, as I work mostly online, I can work with you from anywhere in the UK.
